Blown glass has a feeling of both warm and tension that look like conflicting image. Besides a fiber, completely different material has a feeling of warm and tensed strained thread has a feeling of tension. Glass and thread bowl, “bloom” is made of these different materials that have same impression. The narrow line creates unlimited patterns; the transparency and exquisiteness that each materials possess make foil each other.

吹きガラスからは、あたたかみと緊張感という一見相反する印象が感じられ、一方で全くの異素材である繊維からもあたたかみが、張られた糸からは緊張感が感じられる。これら異素材でありながら同じ印象をもつ二つの素材をまとめあげたのが、ガラスと糸の器「bloom」。細い線で描かれる模様は無限の可能性があり、それぞれの素材がもつ透明感や繊細さはお互いの素材を引き立てる。
